Glimpse into resource and project performance using the quick stats.
» » Real Time Stats Back to features A small feature with such a big impact it’s hard to believe.
No matter where you are on the platform, the real time stats are there to make your job easier.
Small progress bars that tell you important things you need to know; for example, how many logged hours you have compared with the estimate for tasks, the burned and allocated hours compared to the budgeted ones for projects, the burned and allocated hours compared to the available hours for people, and so on.
Once you get the grip of them you will never want to go back.
Can you imagine your job without (or with) them.
Warning alerts Status tracking Allocated vs burned Add comments Allocated vs budgeted Allocated vs available Progress bar Quick stats The project “data pill”.
Data analyze and compilation in the time-consuming old fashion way is long gone when you use elapseit.

While you are in the Management module

you don’t get just a simple list with clients, projects or people; in each view there are progress bars comprising a lot of data extracted from the resource planner, timesheets, tasks and invoicing modules.
For instance, if you are in the Clients view, you’ll see details about allocated, logged and invoiced hours; in People view you’ll see, besides details like hourly or monthly cost, allocated or logged hours vs available hours; in the Projects view you can check how many hours were allocated or logged from the total number of budgeted hours.
Furthermore, these progress bars can also be seen in each project, client or people view right on top of the page to offer you a complete and concise overview.
Sky view – make sure all your “pills” are green!.
elapseit progress bars do not only concentrate a lot of information , they are made with visual impact also so that you grasp the project insight much faster.
When you see the bars colored in green it means everything works as planned and there’s nothing to worry about.
The orange bars should tell you to “stay alert” and watch the project closely as you’re about to get to the budget limits (in terms of hours and money).
And beware of the red bars.
They’re warning you that you crossed the budget limits and the project won’t be ready on time or the profitability target won’t be achieved.
Easier to make your project bars green when you have this eagle eye view, right.
Real time stats won’t let your data get old!.
In the age of information , time is a very precious commodity.
By the time your data is manually compiled and put into a report, the information is history already.
With elapseit every input that might have an impact in the project status is processed right away and transferred to other views.
That’s why project progress bars are your key to make the right decisions on the spot and increase project performance.
Why Real Time Stats are important?.
01 It boosts productivity.
The immediacy of real-time information reduces turnover and bottlenecks in production that comes from slow information flow or decision-making.
02 It saves money.
Real-time information allow the project manager to accurately follow project costs and flow of resources.
This transparency of information causes fewer miscommunications and oversights.
This communication will create a better understanding of each project as a whole, which will lead to better decisions made by all stakeholders.

03 Improves decision-making and crisis management

When something goes wrong, we want immediate information from supervisors and managers.
This immediate flow of communication and information is possible with the quick stats. The real-time data will allow everybody to make an informed decision, a decision that is more precise, with less rework and fewer mistakes.
Frequently asked questions.
Are the stats bar editable.
No, you cannot edit them.
You can change the information they show only by changing the information in the tool.
The information in the stats is updated in real time, as the title says or you need to wait for some time.
Yes, the stats are updated in real time; after you save the information, the stats are updated.
When does the warning color appears.
The orange bars.
The warning appears when you hit a certain percentage, set for your account.
The percentage can be modified from 1% to 99% by going to Settings/Customize and changing the percentage at “Project burn/allocation warning (%)”.
What is the meaning of the colors in the real time stats bar.
As in the resourcing planner, the green color lets you know that you are still in the budget (hours or money); the orange bar warns you that you are close to the budget limit and the red color lets you know that you are over the budget (with money or hours).

en Choose Language en English de Deutsch case study How iTranslate Efficiently Manages App Portfolio for 400 Million Downloads.

The Challenge: Effectively Managing Multiple Apps

iTranslate was featured many times in international press and was even called by Apple’s COO Jeff Williams as “one of his personal favorites”.
They managed to become the market leader for dictionary and translation apps.
This is how App Radar supported the growth of iTranslate.
Founded in 2009, iTranslate has developed a variety of translation and dictionary apps.
The app iTranslate allows its users to translate texts and websites in over 100 languages.
Besides this app, the company has developed other translation apps, all serving the purpose of allowing anyone to speak, write and read in any language anywhere in the world.
iTranslate as shown across different devices iTranslate needed to find a way to effectively manage their portfolio of apps.
With different apps offered in various app stores, changes had to be done for each app and each store separately.
It took a lot of time to manage and update all of the apps in App Store Connect and the Google Play Console.
Besides this, iTranslate was also lacking transparency in how well their apps can be found by their target group.

How App Radar Helped: One Interface for Managing all Apps for Various Stores

App Radar helps iTranslate to facilitate the process of managing their portfolio of apps and to increase the transparency of app performance .
The tool makes it possible for iTranslate to manage their apps for the App Stores (Apple App Store & Google Play Store) in one interface.
Since there is no more need to switch between different tools, the hassle that has been involved with managing multiple apps for the App Stores significantly could have been reduced and the updating process has facilitated.
The optimize and analyze features provide iTranslate with transparency on how easily their app can be found by their target group, and changes to the metadata can be made to better reach their target group.
“It was a challenge to overview all our apps in App Store connect (iTunes connect) and Google Play Console.
With App Radar, we can finally manage all of them in one place!” Alexander Marktl CEO of iTranslate The Results: Increase In Efficiency And Transparency.
Using App Radar has helped iTranslate to retain a high level of organic user stream over the years.
By managing all apps in one interface, time could have be saved and the process for managing the apps could has been facilitated. Identifying how well each app is ranking on which keywords greatly increased the transparency of the app performance and helped iTranslate to optimize their metadata further, and to generate even more organic downloads.
With the help of App Radar they’ve managed to improve their marketing effort even further. With more than 400 million downloads today, iTranslate is considered to be the leading translation and dictionary app and is still using App Radar to polish their app store listings and retain sustainable organic growth.
