Neue oder erneuerte Referenzverträge zufriedener EASY SOFTWARE-Kunden im 1

Halbjahr 2020.
Am 26.
August 2020 veröffentlichte die EASY SOFTWARE AG ihren Finanzbericht für das erste Halbjahr 2020.
In diesem marktübergreifend ereignisreichen Zeitraum hat EASY gezeigt, wie robust das eigene Geschäftsmodell ist.
Trotz der drastischen Einschränkungen und volkswirtschaftlichen Belastungen im Zusammenhang mit der Covid-19-Pandemie erzielte EASY im Berichtszeitraum gute Geschäfte.
Anfang März 2020 trat der monatelange, deutschlandweite Lockdown in Kraft.
Die EASY Gruppe hat frühzeitig reagiert und den Betrieb kurzfristig vollständig auf mobiles Arbeiten umgestellt.
Die Betreuung der Kunden konnte so weiterhin vollständig leistungsfähig bleiben.
Als Ausgleich zu abgesagten Messen und Kundenterminen konnten durch angepasste Marketingmaßnahmen die Anzahl der online Kundenkontakte stark erhöht werden.
Ebenfalls ist die Anzahl der Kundenanfragen zum Vorjahr deutlich gestiegen.
Gute Ergebnisse des ersten Halbjahres 2020 Die Umsatzerlöse des ersten Halbjahres 2020 blieben mit EUR 24,3 Mio.
(im Vorjahr EUR 24,8 Mio.) wegen erschwerter wirtschaftlicher Umstände leicht unterhalb des Vorjahres.
Das Minus beläuft sich auf 1,8 Prozent.

Das EBITDA verbesserte sich im ersten Halbjahr 2020 um 45 Prozent von EUR 2 Mio

in 2019 auf EUR 2,9 Mio.
Sondereffekte in beide Richtungen hatten Einfluss auf das EBITDA: zum einen der Sonderertrag (EUR 1,6 Mio.) aus der geringeren Kaufpreiszahlung der Apinauten GmbH und ein aufwandswirksamer Einmaleffekt (EUR 1 Mio.) im Zusammenhang mit den Sonderprüfungen und Prozesskostenrückstellungen.
Ohne Berücksichtigung dieser Sondereffekte konnte das Halbjahres-EBITDA 2020 um 15 Prozent zum Vorjahr verbessert werden.
Ähnlich positiv fällt die Entwicklung des Cashflows aus laufender Geschäftstätigkeit aus.

Wir konnten den operativen Cashflow im ersten Halbjahr 2020 auf EUR 10 Mio

steigern.
Das ist ein Wachstum von mehr als 25 Prozent gegenüber der Vorjahresvergleichsperiode.
Diese Zahl kann jedoch nicht für das zweite Halbjahr hochgerechnet werden, weil wir traditionell im ersten Halbjahr die Zahlungen aus den Wartungsverträgen für das Gesamtjahr vereinnahmen. Digitalisierungsprodukte sind am Markt gefragtDer mehr als fünfzigprozentige Anteil wiederkehrender Umsätze bildet einen Stabilitätsanker für das Geschäft und bereitete einen hohen Mittelzufluss zu Beginn des Jahres.
Außenstände wurden auch während des Lockdown zuverlässig bezahlt.

EASY verzeichnet außerdem 63 Neukunden im ersten Halbjahr 2020

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das starke Wachstum des Lizenzgeschäfts im Vergleich zur Vorjahresvergleichsperiode, mit einem Anstieg von 22 Prozent.
Viele Unternehmen, die bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse nicht so weit fortgeschritten waren, mussten erleben, wie schwer die dezentrale Arbeit funktioniert, wenn wichtige, vertrauliche Informationen nur in Papierform im Büro zugänglich sind.

Daher sieht EASY einen langfristigen Wachstumstrend für unsere digitalen Produktlösungen

Allerdings sind die volkswirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen der Pandemie noch nicht voll verarbeitet und absehbar.
Der Branchenverband Bitkom prognostiziert für 2020 einen Rückgang an IT-Bedarf von rund 5%.
